After Katrina we spent 6 years there rebuilding over 200 units. We were in California for 10 years remodeling kitchens and bathrooms, also owning a cabinet shop.. initial quotes are from the information that is provided. after inspection onsite sometimes there are other things that are needed to complete project. customers can provide materials or I can help with picking them up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss project with clients before coming to plan for what's needed for project. when I show up we will go over project in detail. I ask clients for inspections before moving to the next step of project.

I have 5 years of construction school . went to welding school. 35 years of on the job training
