After Katrina we spent 6 years there rebuilding over 200 units. initial quotes are from the information that is provided. after inspection onsite sometimes there are other things that are needed to complete project. customers can provide materials or I can help with picking them up.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I discuss project with clients before coming to plan for what's needed for project. when I show up we will go over project in detail. I ask clients for inspections before moving to the next step of project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 5 years of construction school . went to welding school. 35 years of on the job training
