- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Florals right now are very expensive, COVID restrictions shut down florists and 40% of growers went out of business. The industry is recovering but will take time. With demand going up and supply decreased it impacted the cost of flowers greatly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I enjoy creating a relationship and getting a feel for the couple, or business. A phone call zoom video or in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked corporately, so hundreds of weddings under my belt. I prefer less quantity so quality does not suffer.
