Handyman & Sam is a husband and wife owned, small handyman company. Jordan (husband) is the brawn of the operation, with expertise in all types of home improvement projects. Sam (wife) is behind-the-scenes, helping with advertising, scheduling, and billing. We discovered our passion for remodeling while renovating homes of our own - now we love being able to help others make their spaces more enjoyable. We can help with any size project and have a small team of dependable, trustworthy helpers. Our prices are very reasonable and we aim to make any home project much easier to tackle. Need a hand? Robert was excellent. He showed up right on time. Listened to my concerns and explained what he needed to do for the repairs. He kept the dust to a minimum, worked efficiently and cleaned everything up when he was finished. I would highly recommend him. If I should need any more work in the future I will gladly hire Handyman and Sam for that work.

Had deck work done. Lots of rot damage repaired. His team did excellent quality work. Most important was the attention to detail! Most workers are good at the big stuff but suck on details!! Not this team. Well done

I asked for three outlets and an exhaust fan to be installed. Cliff responded so quickly and was great at answering my questions. Gus came out to my house and was amazing. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for bundling jobs. The more work to be done, the less cost per job! I also charge a minimum of 2 hours for any job to cover travel time and expenses as well as the cost of the lead.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new customer, we will first talk about their needs and come up with a game plan that fits best. It's hard to find a balance between time, money, and quality, so that is the number one priority when talking to new customers. My goal is to make sure that you are satisfied with every aspect of my service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licensed as a building contractor in several states and have won several service professional awards. I am a professional member of the international conference of building officials.
