- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for bundling jobs. The more work to be done, the less cost per job! I also charge a minimum of 2 hours for any job to cover travel time and expenses as well as the cost of the lead.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I meet a new customer, we will first talk about their needs and come up with a game plan that fits best. It's hard to find a balance between time, money, and quality, so that is the number one priority when talking to new customers. My goal is to make sure that you are satisfied with every aspect of my service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been licensed as a building contractor in several states and have won several service professional awards. I am a professional member of the international conference of building officials.
