- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Placed on scheduled by call team, followed by in person consultation to discuss project. We then take measurements, followed by the presentation of a detailed estimate. Once the estimate is accepted and deposit received, frequent communication happens to keep customer updated throughout the whole process.
