- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the size of the area and the level of buildup, but I always provide clear estimates before starting any work. There are no hidden fees. I focus on fair pricing and quality results. I also offer discounts for multiple services done at the same time, such as house washing and driveway cleaning together.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most jobs start with a quick message or call to understand what areas need cleaning. Customers can send photos or I can stop by to provide a free estimate. Once we agree on the scope of work, we schedule a convenient time. On the day of the job I arrive with professional equipment, complete the cleaning safely, and make sure the customer is satisfied before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I stay up to date on proper pressure washing and soft washing techniques to ensure surfaces are cleaned safely without causing damage. I use professional-grade equipment and follow best practices for different materials such as concrete, siding, and roofs to make sure every job is done correctly.
