I have been in the property management industry for 3 years. I have great relationships with local contractors and I am a wonderful project manager. I have maintained properties and arranged cleanings for short term rental properties, scheduled lawn maintenance, scheduled basic maintenance request by tenants which are responded to the same day, I even assist in small renovations projects. I have a personal contractor that specifically works on my projects and my crew is one I can depend on to handle my projects on time. They are respectful of the property and time of our clients and the clients tenants or guest. Some of my soft skills include that I am an active listener with exceptional communication skills I stay organized and I am proactive in knowing local building codes and housing laws. I can deal with easygoing individuals as well as irascible ones. My diplomatic easy going communication style is what makes developing long lasting strong bonds so easy for both my tenants and many investors I work with to this day.
