I appreciate the fact that he responded immediately, although since it was not raining it was not urgent. We have no idea that it is repaired of course, until we have 16 inches of rain again. The price seemed high given the time required, but he could have told us we need more work than we did, so I appreciate his honesty.

Call them and make appointment to look at their roof. Tell the customer straight up what is wrong with their roof and what needs to be done to fix it. ( I am not a sales man, I am the applicator).and owner
