Introduction: We have been providing thorough inspections of residential properties for the Greater DFW Metroplex since 1993. We serve Collin, Dallas, Denton, Tarrant, Rockwall, Grayson, Cooke, Wise, Parker, Hood, Johnson, Ellis, and Kaufman Counties. We typically perform only one inspection per day. A full home inspection takes most of the day, 1 to 2 hours on the outside and another 3 to 4 hours on the inside. We are not the typical two- to three-hour inspection that many companies provide.
