If you need interior or exterior paint or stain work, these are the guys to use. Edgar and Judi were awesome! From the very start, they were super communicative and bid the job at a fair price. Edgar is very talented, especially when it comes to blending stain. I would highly recommend them!

I loved their work. They were responsive and took took pride in his work. They were very reasonable and ready to pay attention to detail. Prep, execution and cleanup was all great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for paint job

I recently hired a FP Modern to repaint the interior of my home, and I couldn't be happier with the results. The contractor and their team were professional, punctual, and efficient throughout the entire process. They were very friendly and personable and respectful to all the folks in house . Honest and very fair priced. Not haggling or hassle for small things. The prep work was thorough and comprehensive, with the contractor taking great care to cover and protect all of my furniture and flooring. The painting itself was done with great attention to detail, with the contractor taking the time to carefully cut in around all of the corners and edges. And after project clean up was also excellent. The final product is absolutely beautiful - the walls have a smooth, even finish. They were constantly checking for feedback any thing I asked to change or suggestion was done with a smile. Overall, I highly recommend this contractor for any painting needs. They truly exceeded my expectations and I couldn't be happier with the results.
