- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We consider our pricing middle of the road for the quality of work that we do and for the best power washing equipment that is available - which we use. We hope that after the job our price is not an issue but our job brings complete satisfaction to our clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are easy to talk to and we are very detailed oriented. We want to make sure the customer understands our services and recommendations and that we totally understand what the custom is seeking.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We, from the owner down is trained and certified in power washing safety, on the job safety, equipment usage safety and chemical and detergent safety. Safety for our customer, customers property and our employees is put at the highest standards.
