- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a discount for weekly, biweekly and monthly service requested but the standard price is charged on the initial cleaning. There’s also a fee for using credit/debit cards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ensure to respond quickly and always send a message when I’m 30 minutes to the address provided. I strive to work with my customers to select the best date and time that’s great for them.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 8 years of experience in house cleaning.
