- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do charge a service fee to provide estimates. Which that gets deducted off of your invoice if I am hired to do the job. This helps me find customers that are ready to get the job completed. I do offer a military discount, and a senior citizen discounts on labor only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Going through details in explaining how the job is going and updating them with the process to get the job completed in a timely matter. Make sure the customer understands everything that could happen or will happen. Just making sure the customers in formed of the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the construction business for over 20 years.
