Mr. Tomas is a very hard worker. He spent 1.5 hours just focusing on the carpet in the family room and hallway. I had an issue with odors from having two dogs living inside for 10 years. He takes tremendous pride in his work, is very thorough and treats you as if you're a member of his family. He's also a single father with a darling little girl, and Mr. Tomas is hyper-focused on providing for her and ensuring he does a great job. He was a few minutes early and didn't take any breaks, and didn't finish until he was satisfied with a job well done. Of the several companies I contacted for a quote, Mr. Tomas responded within 30 minutes and was extremely reasonable on his price.
