Jeff Culver says, "After my electric range suddenly died I purchased a replacement. While trying to install it we discovered it had been hardwired in what appeared to be a shoddy way and the delivery/installation could not be completed. I contacted Mister Sparky that same evening and got an appointment for the next morning. Their techs were polite, thorough and very professional. They performed an inspection of the house and found several other serious issues I was unaware of including a broken grounding line which could have caused a fire. The electric panel/breaker box was also not up to code. They replaced the panel and hardware with new equipment, ran a new line and installed a 4 prong outlet for the new range where no outlet existed so we could get back to normal. They took the time to show me everything they found and explained everything so I could make an informed decision. I was even able to finance the work so I could fix all issues and bring my house up to code. Delfino and Robert are fantastic! I wish everyone I have to deal with was as friendly, knowledgeable and professional as they are. I will never use anyone else in the future.
