I feel so excited to yell you about my experience today! This company is very busy, however, they got me scheduled today as I requested. The technician listened to me, answered my questions and was friendly to my pets! He examined the interior chimney structure and showed me pictures. He got on top of the roof and inspected from the top down on the exterior portion, providing pictures as well. We talked about options and timing. He contacted his office to prepare an estimate for my review on the spot. No pressure on me to commit immediately. He was kind, professional and thorough. Jacob arrived early and clearly/patiently explained to me the services rendered . Since I dont use the fireplace much, he explained to me the proper process and how to use ceramic logs. I will call them again to get additional services I needed.
