Paul did amazing! He was quick, fairly priced, did an excellent job, and was communicative throughout the entire process. I am not able to be in town for the fixes, but he sent pictures to confirm what I wanted worked on, let me decide how much of an upgrade I was comfortable with, quoted me a great price, and was done within 24 hours all while sending progress photos. I will definitely be using him for any future projects.

Got back to my initial inquiry quickly and was able to come out and take a look the same day. Once on the roof, identified a cracked vent cover and was able to get it fixed on the spot. Very happy with the overall experience.

Called them out for two projects, first project was the shower they did a pretty good job but a little of the grout was sloppy in spots and can see where it was touched up. Overall shower turned out really nice. They never showed up on time when they did the shower but came and completed it. Price was reasonable for the shower. Second project was the bathroom floor, we agreed on $500 no big deal. Was told they could come out Friday and later that day said it would be best for Saturday. I said okay no problem. Saturday comes no texts until late afternoon then wanting to push it to Sunday. Was a little disappointed but understood. Was told first thing Sunday morning, they didn’t show up til late afternoon and only worked two hours and left. All the tile could have been laid and mortar. Then Monday comes and they laid a little more tile and left and didn’t show up til late afternoon again. They also wanted to grout the same day as laying the rest of the tile. I told them no because mortar needs 24 hours to dry and they were trying to take short cuts. He then said if I have to come back you’re gonna pay me an extra $20 for having to extend the project and come back. Which isn’t fair and they know tile mortar takes 24 hours says it on the back. I paid them the $20 just cause I wanted it done right. They also never clean up after they work they left the bathroom floor dirty and were stepping on grout lines before it dried. Then when they did my shower I was at work from 8am to 5pm I came home and got a call from my neighbor that there yard was flooded under 7 inches of water in the back and it wasn’t raining. These workers left my house at 3pm one day and left the water hose running until about 8:30pm at night when my neighbor called me and I went and checked. That meant my water was running for 5 hours and 30 mins non stop full blast which spiked my water bill up like crazy. These guys are just not professional. Don’t show up on time and make excuses and then are careless. I don’t recommend using them. If they would have showed up on time, did the work in a decent amount of time and cleaned up after themselves maybe a better review they also smelt like marijuana so my bathroom smells.
