I was very optimistic until I did a walk through after the service. It was a completely empty house move out clean. I paid extra because there was a shelf with spilled laundry soap. I didn’t mind extra at all. However when I went to check the work after she left, I found quite a few issues. Cobwebs left, ceiling fans not cleaned at all and some shelves that were totally missed, light switch plates and outlet covers quite a few were not cleaned.
I had to clean after I had her clean. I would have left a 3 star but I texted her with pictures of my concerns and it’s been a week and she never bothered responding. I not only paid her her price but tipped her well. Lesson learned, check work before tipping.
