Thomas quickly responded to our request for the demolition of a small section of stone. He came to our house that same day and provided an estimate and a very thorough assessment of the challenges of the project. His pricing was very fair. His quote didn’t include bringing a generator to the site, even though it should have, but he honored the original quote. Thomas completed the work early the next morning. He did exactly what we needed him to do and we were happy to include the generator cost in our payment. He’s knowledgeable and insightful and a great communicator. We’re grateful for the information and recommendations he shared with us.

I had the pleasure of working with Thomas and his team, who did an outstanding job removing around 800 square feet of concrete and demolishing two porches. He was able to show up within 48 hours and brought all the right equipment. Got the job done very quickly. We had a tricky situation with some pipes and he was able to remove the concrete without damaging anything. I will contact him again for future jobs.

Thomas and the crew at HarbWay Demo did a great job of removing this old basketball goal from the property. They were careful in exploring the area around the goal and made a quick repair to the adjacent sprinkler line that was discovered during the extraction.
