- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fees are on a sliding scale.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process starts with a free initial consultation to assess the client needs. Clients may call or email to request a consultation. During the meeting, we will briefly review project details, and answer questions. Ensure that the client is familiar with our work hours and how to get in touch with us. Also, take some time to learn how the client works and their preferred way for correspondence. We will talk about our responsibilities and client's responsibilities. If there's a disagreement with either party's responsibilities, we take the time to talk through it and figure out a solution so both parties are satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
GBI owner has 11 years experience in accounting field including 4 years at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC). He has been a licensed Certified Public Accountant in the State of Texas since 2015. He graduated from Texas A&M- Commerce with a Master in Business Administration (MBA) and from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor in Accountancy.
