I can’t say enough good things about TK! He is by far the smartest appliance technician I’ve ever met. TK was able to fix things that other technicians had told me were “not possible” — and he did it with patience, professionalism, and skill. He’s polite, kind, responsive, and genuinely cares about getting the job done right. What impressed me most is that he also takes the time to explain how everything works and how to use it properly, which gave me confidence that the repair would last. On top of that, TK is a pleasure to talk to — he makes what could be a stressful situation feel easy and even enjoyable. His office manager, Omar, is also fantastic to work with: friendly, helpful, and just a great person to talk to. Altogether, this was a fantastic experience from start to finish. If you want someone who truly knows what they’re doing, cares about their work, and treats customers with respect, TK is the one to call. Highly recommended!

My experience with TK Diagnostic was simply fantastic! I called him for a washer diagnosis and repair and in 5 minutes he determined that the problem was the drum and advised me that repairing it would cost so much that replacement was the best option (he doesn't sell appliances). I asked if he could look at my freezer while he was here because it wasn't getting below 20 degrees. Again in 5 minutes he found that the fan that circulates air across the coils wasn't working. He ordered the parts, came back the next day, and I now have a 0 degree freezer! His rates were reasonable and he when the extra mile to fix my appliances. I'll never call anyone else for appliance work.
