TK is great! He came out here earlier than expected due to another cancellation. He was efficient, explained what the issue was, and he got it resolved quickly. He also ensured that the clog was cleared fully before he left. Definitely recommend them!

TK was very informative and took care of many issues that our dryer had. Luckily, he had all the parts for our old LG in his truck and could fix both the heating issue as well as the rollers (which we knew were having some issues from all the sound) which we didn't realize were so bad. it was a great experience that was definitely worth the wait. The only thing that I would recommend would be for the company to be more informative on arrival times as I had to reach out several times to check. Thanks!

I just had service for a washing machine and TK was AMAZING!! Very professional, responsive and knowledgeable! TK walked me through the service and taught me some things today about maintaining my washer. I couldn’t be more pleased and I highly highly recommend them. They are my appliance repairs for life. Just fantastic.

TK Diagnostic & Repair did a great job with my KitchenAid dishwasher. He quickly diagnosed the actual problem and found several small objects stuck in the pump. He removed the water, opened and cleaned the pump area, and also fixed another issue that had been causing a lot of noise and vibration.

The dishwasher is now running quietly and working properly again. He explained what he found, showed me the parts he removed, and left the work area completely clean.

Very professional, straightforward, and fairly priced. I really appreciated that he fixed the actual problem rather than trying to sell me unnecessary parts. I would definitely use TK Diagnostic & Repair again and recommend them.
