FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It's always important that you feel comfortable with the person you are working with. Just as we are looking to determine if your case is one we feel we can help you with, you should look to see if you are comfortable with our approach and the way we explain what we will do, when we will do it and the possible outcomes of our approach.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
It's interesting that people think of attorneys as either good or bad or corrupt and many times that decision is based on the result obtained by the attorney. Unfortunately, litigation many times is the antithesis of resolving a conflict. It is a profession where if you wait until the judge or the jury decides, generally at least one side feels that they have lost. And in many cases, even the "winner" does not feel that they have won anything. After all, what happens if a judgment is obtained, but the other party does not have any assets or money? That is why we work with our clients to attempt to determine the best course of action and in some cases, we may find that filing a lawsuit and pursuing it with relentless abandon is not necessarily the best course of action to take.
