FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While there isn't a "standard" pricing system, I look at the hours that the bartender(s) and the scope of the work to make sure that I'm quoting a fair price for all clients.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a client, I first like to get more details about the event and what kind of mood the client is looking to create. From there, we'll discuss the items that will be provided to make sure that all supplies that may be needed have been thought of by the host whether they are purchasing it or if I am responsible for it. From there, I will stay in contact with the client, as needed, up to the date of their event to make sure that they are pleased with everything. On the day of the event, I don't expect the host to worry about a thing in regards to any of the services that we are providing so that they can just have a wonderful time at their event!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the restaurant business for over 21 years. Over those years, I have bartended and trained numerous employees for bartending positions.
