- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been a professional bartender and supervisor since I was 19 years old. I always enjoyed splitting my time between fine dining and nightclubs for the variety. Often working a shift at Ruth's Chris then walking across the street to bartend at Miquel's (high volume nightclub & live music venue) until 4am. I enjoy having a diverse clientele. I try to learn something from everyone I meet. So I have been bartending for almost half my life. It chose me and I'm grateful for the experience.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have been lucky enough to work with a wide variety of clients! Variety is definitely the spice of LIFE!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Try to be realistic about the number guests attending and the time required. Also requesting additional qualified staff (I have very high standards) is best to arrange in advance. :-)
