- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We base every estimate on a per job basis. We do our best to save our client’s money by committing to projects within our area of competency so that we do not have to charge our client for potential mistakes. We do not plan to fail.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Talk for a few minutes to get to know one another. Discuss the personal vision and the goal of the project. Evaluate the cost to build. Manage the construction process.
