I had two malfunctioning faucets that needed repair, I contacted DLR Global Services and within less than 2 hours I had the technician at my door. Jose, was a very pleasant, professional and honest person, his work was done perfectly. Jose tried to get as much information as possible before coming over so that he could be well prepared and could finish the job without having to step out to get any parts. He explained us exactly what he would do before starting work, and then went about it steadily. Pricing was reasonable as well. Overall, very good experience. I would hire him again.
