But what I've found is that is WHY people need coaching...to find out what questions to ask and then how to answer them. I "get in there" with you to teach and train you...not just coach so that you have the TOOLS to assist you in your changes! I LOVE coaching! I love that I get to help people and it's extremely rewarding to have someone almost every day say, "Jandy, you changed my life." I'm a very lucky woman!

Jandy really helped me with relationships during my coaching sessions with her. She gave me the tools I needed to relate to others in a healthy way and be more realistic about my expectations. She is very caring and empathetic. I still check in with her when I have an issue and she is always very reassuring. I highly recommend Jandy for coaching.

What can I say about Coach Handy, she is just amazing! The first night I heard her speak I had to introduce myself, just to let her know that I heard her. After I said hello and gave my name I dint remember much but her looking me in the eye and saying "don't believe what people have told you about yourself, its not true." It may not sound like much, but she didn't know from eve to know what I've been told about my personality and self. Shortly thereafter she became my coach, it was a very short time, but because of who she is she guided me to find the faith and trust in myself that I had allowed others to destroy. I thank God that he sent Jandy into my life and though we dont talk much I know that she is my earthly angel sent by God to guide me at the time I needed it. Thank you Coach for being you! Jandy became my Life Coach about 5 years ago. Her approach was so refreshing. She was able to help me pinpoint some things that were holding me back. And the things I wasn't ready to tackle...well, you might say she gave me permission to wait until I was ready. That took the pressure off and also some of the guilt...so in the end...I began addressing those issues anyway. Very positive, very productive experience.

I have true experience in order to be a life coach. I had an extremely dysfunctional family and healed my pains through going to a coach myself. And then I lost my entire family within a 3 year period (5 family members). I've been through 14 surgeries and understand illness. I've gone through divorce. All of these things I feel like have blessed me to be a person who can connect with anyone WHERE THEY ARE! I'm also a certified coach but believe that my "life" certified me the best! :-)
