Anthony was great. He contacted me like he committed to prior to arrival. Upon arrival, he asked questions to get a better understanding of my issue and went right to work to determine what was wrong. Once he knew the problem with the unit, he communicated that info (and provided pictures), as well as the actions required to resolve it. Once we agreed to these actions, he went back to work and had the unit running properly in a timely manner. After the work was done, he took the time to recheck everything, made sure I was satisfied with the results and told me to call him if anything changed. Anthony has great customer service skills and I really appreciate him.

Anthony is the AC guy. My AC went out and was over 87 degrees in my house ….. HOT!
They came out within the hour and problem fixed. Definitely recommend !

I scheduled online for servicing after I heard a loud sound from my AC. They were able to come out and fix the issue on the spot! The tech explained things thoroughly and gave us some pointers. Will definitely use them in the future.
