Had to replace a 3-ton AC and furnace, and Julio and his team were absolutely magnificent! We installed the Carrier. I reached out to Julio the night before a holiday after cleaning my aging condenser. I had issues putting the fan back together and was prepared to have to replace my 15 yo unit.
Julio arrived promptly the morning after and helped me put it back together.
He did not try to upsell me on anything and was happy to work with what I had since I did not have issues with my condenser prior to messing with it.
When the time comes to replace, he has earned my business.

A Texas residential in mid July with no cool airconditioning is what I imagine hell to be; Maybe even a bit warmer! But Thanks to God and MBM Service for making home feel like heaven again; Or what I imagine heaven to be :)
It's very important to know that not all families are prepared for a sudden major home expense especially during this time of financial crisis and Covid-19 but... it is possible. My air handler unit in my 1965 built home had completely given out. No heat in the winter and now no cool breeze in the summertime. I searched online and downloaded the Thumbtack app. I immediately contacted a few contractors. Julio with Metro Building Maintenance was the first to respond. He even worked around my unusual work schedule and met me after hours later that day to come by and give me a free quote. After accessing the situation, he assured me that MBM could take care of it. Although my wife and I didn't qualify for the financing option MBM has available; Julio and I stayed in communication and was able to work something out that was within our price range. We set up a date and his guys came right out and did an amazing job! Installed a new air handler that blows as cold as I've ever known! They were extremely professional, prompt and did quality work. I'll recommend Metro Building Maintenance to any and everybody. Thanks again :)
