I reached out to Julio the night before a holiday after cleaning my aging condenser. I had issues putting the fan back together and was prepared to have to replace my 15 yo unit. Julio arrived promptly the morning after and helped me put it back together. He did not try to upsell me on anything and was happy to work with what I had since I did not have issues with my condenser prior to messing with it. When the time comes to replace, he has earned my business.
