- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We consider you family when you are a preventive maintenance agreement customer. We have a welcome packet that contains our customer service phone numbers as well as our cell numbers and home numbers. We will not have our customers sweat. Period. We also keep records on recommended repairs as well as model and serial numbers in the event of theft of equipment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My husband has a degree in business management and I have a degree as a certified accountant. We both have various degrees in equipment manufacturers start up and authorized services and we both have E.P.A. Universal Certifications.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I come from a family of Service businesses. As a child I watched my parents run a restaurant equipment sales and service business. I married a successful HVAC Contractor who believe the same things I grew up believing. That is treat each customer like family, care for their comfort and watch your business grow.
