I had a great experience with Joshua, A co-worker gave me his card after hearing I had some issues with my unit, I contacted Joshua earlier in the week and he set a time to come out midweek. I was so excited that he was able to fit me in at a decent time, he arrived 30 minutes before time to set up all his equipment so that he would start at agreed up on time. Not only did Joshua diagnose the problem and fix it he also sat me down to ensure I was aware of what happened to the unit and how to prevent further damage. I was so pleased at this young man's mannerism and respect he had for me I would definitely be using him in the future I have already scheduled for him to come back for quarterly maintenance.
