I HIGHLY recommend Scott and his team for any work you need done. I noticed my AC was not cooling properly on a Friday evening. I had a tech from a different company come out at 8 AM on Saturday, diagnose an issue, and tell me to call another company to fix it. I then called Scott around 9 AM and he arrived at my home at 11 AM same day. He then did his own diagnosis and found that the first tech was incorrect and was able to find the real issue. He fixed it same day and made sure everything was working and cooling properly before he left. This was hands down one of the best experiences I have had dealing with an issue like this. His pricing was also reasonable, which was much appreciated. I can't recommend enough.

Was having troubles installing a furnace thermostat and couldn't get it to work. Since my old thermostat crapped out on me on the day where the overnight temperatures were forecasted to be in the 20s, I decided it would be best to call to see if I could get someone to take a look. I called Scott and I'm glad I did. He was able to get to me within two hours. He inspected the work I did trying to get the new thermostat installed. He also inspected my furnace to verify things were set correctly. And when the new thermostat did not work, he realized the new thermostat was faulty. Scott had a thermostat with him and when that was installed my furnace started heating up my house. (The house temperature was down to 54!) I now have a warm house and will sleep well before I take the faulty thermostat I purchased back to the store for a refund.I was happy with the service Scott provided & I'm glad it was him who provided it.

If I could give more than five stars, I would.My AC failed around midnight on July 4th, and the owner himself, Scott Reynolds, came out immediately when five other AC repair companies told me: Well get to you when we can over the next day or so. That alone impressed me, but what happened next was even more remarkable.He took the time to methodically troubleshoot the system instead of guessing or trying to sell me unnecessary parts. He identified multiple failure points and, because the parts suppliers wouldn't be open until Monday, he came up with a temporary solution using a universal control board and a RESCUE blower motor just to keep my 80-year-old mother and me cool over the holiday weekend.He was at my house from 1:00 AM until 5:30 AM on the July 4th holiday weekend, leaving only briefly to drive home and retrieve a mounting bracket he needed for the temporary motor. I couldn't believe his commitment to making sure we wouldn't be without air conditioning in triple-digit temperatures.He returned Monday with the brand-specific (Carrier) control board, installed it, tested my original variable-speed blower motor before removing anything unnecessarily, and continued working carefully and systematically until everything was operating correctly.What impressed me just as much was that he looked beyond simply fixing the immediate problem. He modified the condensate drain by installing a rubber boot to raise the water level so the float switch will activate if the line ever clogs againat no additional charge. He also recommended inexpensive battery-powered water sensors to provide an extra layer of protection in case a future leak occurs.Throughout the entire process, he explained exactly what he was doing, why he was doing it, what each component does, and what my options were. I never felt rushed, pressured, or kept in the dark.It's rare to find someone who combines technical expertise, honesty, fairness, and genuine concern for their customers the way he does. He wasn't just repairing an air conditionerhe was solving problems, preventing future ones, and making sure I understood everything along the way.I recommend Reynolds Heat-N-Air without hesitation. They have earned my trust, and they'll be the first company I call for any HVAC work in the future.
