- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer transparent, upfront pricing with no hidden fees. Service call/diagnostic fees are applied toward the repair if you move forward with us. We also provide free estimates for system replacements and offer seasonal discounts, maintenance plans, and financing options for larger projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
During a call, after discussing our customers' needs, we determine what needs to be done. Maintenance/Repair/ Free estimate The process is almost the same as for our existing customers, except that we collect information such as your name, email, and address if we set an appointment with you. We are here for you during and after we leave your home. You can call us anytime if you need help. We have an emergency team ready for you after hours if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a licensed and insured HVAC contractor. You can find our info on the TDLR website. Our technicians train with Goodman/Lennox/Trane/Rheem and other companies to provide quality and professional service for most brands and models. We also train our technicians at our facilities and educate them on the latest in HVAC and indoor air quality so they can offer you the best materials to save energy and money.
