First appointment with ServTech Pro and I am very pleased with the service. Cy Wallace was the service tech who meticulously went through procedures to check the A/C unit with precision, and then he took ample time to explain the process. I can appreciate this kind of professional service. I genuinely felt secure in knowing ServTech will do the very best to maintain the unit which is why I immediately elected the Seasonal Maintenance Plan to check the unit twice a year, and as a bonus, ServTech will soon include plumbing services as well.
