My wife and I are very satisfied with the SPACE HVAC Team. They serviced our air conditioning that had a leaking air handler coil. They also installed a UV light on the unit, cleaned 18 vents and coated all of them to improve the air quality and sanitized the whole system. They did all this work in less than 4 hours with a minimum disruption of our home office activities. Professional and efficient. Great job Team!

I booked an appointment to get my systems serviced, the technician sent to my home was David. He was very professional, respectful, and friendly! He assessed my equipment very thoroughly and provided me with several options on how to move forward. I decided to move forward with the replacement since my systems were old and in poor condition with several concerns. his supervisor was the one who helped us start the project and get it installed.
I am very happy with the Attitude, Professionalism and Respect of the Three Installers of the complete air conditioning unit. Thank you!

Technician was outstanding. Polite, curious and efficient. When other companies immediately went to needing a new compressor he looked deeper to find the real problem.
The A/C started working when he turned to on. Rather than let it go, he said 'let's find what caused the problem and fix it'. It ended up costing me $175. to properly fix the problem rather than to thousands the others wanted.

Our air conditioning failed on Memorial Day (go figure). We reached out to a few HVAC companies to weigh our options. David was the first to respond and the first to come out to take a look. From the moment he arrived he helped us understand our options and the situation rather than trying to sell a solution. We ended up replacing our system with Space HVAC and likely will save on our monthly bill. He and the team did a phenomenal job and made the process easy and understandable.
