FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes. Our attorneys bill at an hourly rate of $250 an hour. We keep our rate low so that we can assist clients in finding quality representation for a reasonable price. If two lawyers are working on your case at the same time, we will generally reduce the fee of one of them to that of a paralegal rate, however if two attorneys are required to go to trial or hearing you will be charged for both of the attorneys time. We require an initial retainer that needs to be paid when the fee agreementaaagssiggnefsigned and then an evergreen retainer to be maintained throughout the litigation or representation process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We require a forensic initial interview with the client, which includes the client filling out a detailed client questionnaire. After we conduct the forensic interview, we will then request initial documentation and evidence to support their matter and after receiving same and performing the required initial research, our representation will begin.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All attorneys employed by the firm have the minimum education of Juris Doctorate, JD. Our paralegals are either certified or have the equivalence of a paralegal certification.
