- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are not out to get rich with our business. If it is a kids event 15 under we do charge less, and if a wedding is at a venue that we can use there system we give a discount. The rest is based off of what the needs times and distance of the event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process when working with new customers is after we receive the phone number or email we set up the initial conversation. After that we like to sit down with the customer to go over all there wants and needs. We will then finalize the contract we do request a deposit. We will keep in contact with the customer making sure nothing changes before the event. After the event we will follow up to see how they enjoyed the services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Mrs. McCoy has a MBA in Business Administration. Our djs have a wide variety of education and a combined skill set of over 70 years.
