Excellent results and he made sure to protect my carpets by wearing booties as well as protecting my doors and corners from being scratched from the hose.

I'm prior military, and have hired my share of carpet cleaners. What stood out about Peace of Mind was absolutely the bang for the buck. The carpets look and smell great, despite the past year's beating they took from my 3 kids and my dog. Mr. Kelly was very professional, communicated well, and got the job done right when he said he would, at the price we agreed (even though the job ended up being more work than I predicted). I would definitely use him again, and would recommend him to others. A+

Most professional company I've dealt with in a long while. Excellent with communication, and actually on time when they say they will be there. Charles arrived and he was friendly, polite and worked so hard on our dingy dirty tile! The job took hours and he offered to keep working during the evening if the job took too long (we have an open house so it was last minute bad timing on my part). Charles worked hard and the job got done in time! He did a wonderful job cleaning our tile-grout and sealing in a very large kitchen and foyer where grout was very dark as well as our bathrooms. We now have restored white grout and new looking tile! The tile grout is night and day difference. We also used the free dryer vent inspection and I imagine we'll be calling them back when it's time to clean that out. Extremely polite and courteous, Peace of Mind obviously really cares about customer satisfaction. I'm sure this is why they have all these 5 star reviews! I would recommend this company to anyone needing their services and will most definitely use them again when we move! Oh and the house went up for sale this past weekend and already have an offer! Thanks for making it look brand new again.

Charles from Peace Of Mind Carpet & Tile came by recently. The carpet cleaning service and rug cleaning service from this company was top notch. He cleaned some carpeted rooms at a very good price. These rooms turned out great! However, my 5 star review was for the wool rug cleaning service. This rug has been in my family for a very long time. So it has a lot of sentimental value to me and my family. Charles took great care of the rug, and really understood that it meant a lot to us. He asked if he could take some pictures of before and after, I said yes. In the photos he showed me, there is a slight difference. But from feeling and seeing the results of the rug cleaning, I can tell that it is more vibrant for sure cleaner! Whenever I need a carpet cleaning of any kind I will be calling Peace Of Mind Carpet & Tile!

To start, I had been putting off getting my carpet cleaned for much long and concerned that at this point it would not have made a difference. I actually thought it was likely time for new carpet. In the past I used Zerorez and they were fine but I wanted to research other companies. I decided upon Peace of Mind of the technique they use and liked that it was a family owned business. I couldn't be happier with my decision!!! Charles confirmed via email and text, was on time, courteous and did a fantastic job! My carpet looks amazing and you would never imagine it to be over 10 years old. I will choose Charles again (he saved me from buying new carpet) and I highly recommend him to all my neighbors and friends!
