- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Due to the nature of the trade, we offer T&M, Flat Rate and/or Estimate. "Upfront Pricing" and Customer signature required before work begins. Service Fee $85.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It's best to speak directly via phone or in person with customers to get a complete understanding of their needs and wants for their electrical projects. Text messaging leaves room for miscommunication and/or misunderstanding. Lone Star Power and Lighting LLC is committed to providing exceptional electric service and repair for all customers.

3 yrs of electrical apprenticeship OSHA 30 Licensed Electrician with 16yrs of experience in Residential and Commercial work.
