- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only offer flate rate prices. Price will include: Materials, hardware, labor. Example: Replace 1 bad plug = $59.00 (Plug/plate, pigtail, labor, 1yr warranty)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We advise them on the issue and offer options for repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, every year, 4 hours. Although, I read my NEC book once a week. Talk with other electricians on new items, resources and new ways of installs.
