Team was quick to schedule and come out to diagnose problem. Electrician was transparent and kept me updated with what he was finding, educational actually. I appreciated that. There were some other findings electrician called out but helped me prioritize what needed to be done and what could be done later so the repair charges were manageable. I will most likely hire back again to help me with other repairs.

Noel was very professional and communicated very well. I had a few things I wanted to get done including installing Aqara relays and he did an awesome job. I really love it when people are professional and so well mannered. I would definitely call Noel for anything electrical. He was so patient with me and he definitely exceeded my expectations. Noel was very professional, and was able to quickly troubleshoot the wiring problem, explained the problem, and had a plan of action and approximate time needed to complete the service order for the best results.
The day next day we communicated back and forth to adjust both of our schedules to gain access for work to begin. Noel and his helper finished the job ahead of time. He explained what he did, cleaned up and everything is now working fine.
I plan to use him again. Noel also saw my old navy picture and expressed his appreciation for veterans.

Mr. Pizana did a real good job! He asked for a detailed report as to the electrical issues I was having at my house. He told me what the problems were and what needed to be done to fix those issues, he was detailed and precise on the quality of his work, all electrical problems have been fixed and my family can sleep in comfort at night, I have peace of mind knowing that all is good inside my home. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I only offer flate rate prices.
We do not perform any work unless approved.
Once qouted a price, that price will not change, other than you remove/add work.
All pricing will include: Materials, hardware, labor.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We advise them on the issue and offer options for repairs.
We secure them that we are fully licensed and insured, to perform the work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year, 4 hours of continuing education classes. Thus keeps us up to date with new/revised codes.
Although, I read my NEC book once a week.
Talk with other electricians on new items, resources and new ways of installs.
