What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We pride ourselves in quality and service. We use the highest end product on the market and go through extensive training. We are not the cheapest in town. However, our quality will reflect our price!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will need to evaluate your surface before coating it. Checking the moisture level in the concrete is key. We will also need to check for linear feet of cracks so we can fill them and allow for a seamless coatings.
