James was absolutely excellent to work with. He was extremely pleasant, professional, and very supportive throughout the entire process. He clearly explained everything he was doing while cleaning both the air ducts and chimney, which gave us a lot of confidence and peace of mind. This was a home we had recently purchased, and it had never received proper maintenance. The difference was incredible. Our entire family noticed the improvement immediately you could literally feel the change in the air quality. The before-and-after results were phenomenal. What truly stood out was his attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond. He even painted some of the vents that were completely black as an extra gesture, which we deeply appreciated. I highly recommend regular maintenance, and I highly recommend James and The Cleaning Master. Outstanding service, professionalism, and results.
