I booked a 10:00 to 12:00 window with Prime Chimney Experts and got a quick call 30 minutes before arrival saying they’d be there closer to 12:10—totally fine. Guy showed up, laid down drop cloths, and did a free fireplace inspection. We went ahead with a fireplace cleaning and chimney sweep, a few small fixes like sealing a crown crack and tightening the rain guard, and they also measured for a custom chimney cap.
It took a few days for the custom cap to be made, and they came back to install it perfectly. The fit and finish were excellent, everything was cleaned up, and the service was friendly and very proffesional. Highly recommend.
