- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re proud to offer special savings to those who serve and support our community. We provide 15% off for first responders, active military, veterans, and teachers, as well as 10% off for seniors. If you have questions about eligibility or how to apply a discount to your service, our team is always happy to help.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to send a licensed, background-checked technician to your home to provide an accurate quote, since every home and situation is unique. This allows us to price the work fairly for both you and our team. Our standard diagnostic fee is $89, and we waive that fee when you choose to move forward with the repair. We also offer free estimates for water heater and HVAC installations or replacements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We hold contractor licensing in both plumbing and HVAC, and all of our technicians are properly licensed and registered with the State of Texas. For your safety and peace of mind, we never send an apprentice to a job without a licensed technician onsite to supervise the work. Many of our apprentices are also licensed Tradesmen who are continuing to advance their skills through ongoing training and hands-on experience. Our family has proudly served North Texas since 1969, and today we’re honored to have a fourth-generation licensed plumber carrying on that legacy. This long-standing commitment to licensing, supervision, and continuous education helps ensure every service is completed safely, professionally, and to the highest industry standards.
