I worked mostly with Sara and her communication and responsiveness was top tier. They listened to my needs, helped me solidify my vision, and then coordinated everyone to make it happen! Representative came out to the house to discuss the project, however l guess the project was not worth their time.
It would have been nice to hear back from them as they had committed to forwarding an estimate. Communication could have been better.
