- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is never standard - because the requests and needs are never standard. I think every project deserves its own day. While I practice the best possible operations for utilizing a common base of steps and procedure, every brand and company is different. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors, masters in studied field of advertising, marketing and studio art. over 20 years of focused advertising strategy and management leadership. Working with Global Fortune 100 brands and local start-ups and SMB's across many different industries from retail, to SaaS to CPG.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Client had a name for a new company, but wanted a logo that represented the name and possibly a mark to convey the emotion of the brand. Through research immersion and discussion we found several areas of opportunity for the company to differentiate itself from competitors. So we worked with the feelings/emotional connections customers get when discussing the attributes of the company and put them forward into the design, colors and mark associated with the brand. The result, a standout logo that captures the customer eye from the street (on a sign) or when being addressed digitally. The process was 3 weeks in total from start to final approved artwork provided in digital format. The client drove the timing.
