- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
-15% discount applied to a service for every referral made -There is a travel fee for traveling more than 45 miles in any direction. -Special Event Styling: minimum of 3 people if traveling more than 45 miles
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
If client is doing cut or color, a consultation is needed. Over the phone is fine, and will need pictures of what you have Currently, and what you are trying to achieve. If client is a bride, a trial is preferred. If no trial, a phone consultation is needed, with pictures emailed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
