My pricing is not negotiable
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a consultation. If a client can not communicate what they want or if I feel I cannot take the project on then sometimes I will refer them to another salon.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from basic cosmetology training I travel to attend several advanced courses each year to improve and modernize my techniques.
