Great job with chandelier and outside fan install. He was punctual, informative, and got the job done. Not to mentioned he cleaned up when he was done. I would hire him again.
Ryan gave my tenant advance notice and arrived on time. He even managed to find the correct condo in a huge complex. Got straight to work and fixed all the problems. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend always be grand company

I couldn’t be more pleased with the services provided by Ryan. He was prompt, identified the problem with my toilet right away, and was able to fix it quickly. Lacking to find trustworthy service people, I have a number of projects that need to be addressed. I was extremely pleased to discover the various areas that Ryan works in, including, to my delight - electrical. Over the past couple of years I have had several fixtures that have worn out due to age. While I have changed lighting over the years, that is no longer possible due to disability. Or only did he fix my toilet, and identify an issue with another one on the premises, he was also able to change a lighting fixture for me.
I plan to have him return to help me with numerous other projects around my home. It is such a relief and a comfort to find someone I trust to help me take issues. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a very knowledgeable, professional, reasonable, and trustworthy individual to help with projects around their home.

Ryan was thorough and has an excellent eye for detail. My home is full of obstacles and he was able to make the necessary modifications to deliver excellent results.
Have already rebooked!☺️
All around brilliant. Great communication before and after the job. Completed the job without a single issue and kind enough to wear a mask. No complaints and will call again when the need arises. Also, kind enough to offer dog training advice to my in-law once the job was completed. Highly recommend Ryan for the odd job. It’s clear he possess many talents.
