- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a family owned business and not in this to be rich but to provide a paycheck to our family every week. In order for us to accomplish this our pricing has to be competitive. Give us a call it does not hurt to try us out.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our initial introduction is to inspect the property with whatever service our customer is inquiring for. The second step is to provide a plan with timelines, and payment terms. The final step is to get to work quickly and complete the service according to the plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 23 years field experience combined and have been trained by the IICRC restoration process.
